How to make this healthy dessert at home without using ice cream machine??
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 cups of frozen fruits
- 2 table spoon honey
- ½ cup of low fat whole milk yogurt
- ½ tea spoon lemon juice
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor
- Process it until it turns creamy
- Empty the contents in a bowl
- Freeze it overnight or for min. 6 hours
You can use any fruit of your choice as to- berries, mango, banana, pineapple, coconut, etc. you can even make chocolate flavored frozen yogurt but remember to use Nutella for it to make it healthy.
