  1. Foremost and most essential part of any diet plan is to include a balanced + nutritious food plan. Your whole day meal should be a combination of whole grains, proteins, fruits, vegetables and dairy in the correct proportion.
  2. Do not skip any meal. Always try eating all meals at the proper time. This would reduce your craving for food.
  3. Drink ample amount of water. Drinking a glass of water every hour fills your stomach and makes you less hungry.
  4. Consuming correct portion of food is important. Do not leave eating by going on a liquid diet plan. That would weaken your body. Vitamins, minerals, fiber, fats- all are equally important for our body.
  5. Try managing calories content to 1200-1500 calories per day. For doing this you can plan your day in such a way that in no single meal you consume more than 450 calories.
  6. Often it happens that when we start dieting we are very excited about it, but, as time passes we start to feel bored of it. So, try including new healthy foods to your day rather than following the same routine daily.
  7. Never ever miss breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of your whole day. Already their bees a lot of time gap between dinner and breakfast and missing breakfast is something you can’t afford to. It is always said that staying empty stomach for long is not good.
  8. Along with workout, another important thing to do is a workout. Only dieting wouldn’t give you a result which diet + workout will give. If not exercises at least go for cardio on a regular basis.
  9. Eating early dinner is in all ways good for your body. Try finishing your dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime.
  10. Keep yourself in busy something or the other. It is very difficult for you not to think about food if you are a food lover. So, try keeping yourself so busy that you do not get time to think about food. The more we think about food, the more our hunger increases and our appetite craves for it.
  11. There is nothing bad to have your favorite food once a week. But, remember do not have it large quantity. Having a small slice of your favorite chocolate pastry once a week is acceptable. If you aren’t fond of chocolate pastry, don’t get offended!! No issues!! You can even have your favorite food whatever it is, but yes in small quantity.
  12. Before starting dieting you must invest in 1 thing- weighing machine. Checking your weight at regular intervals will keep motivating you to reach your goal.
